Using learning objectives agreed with you, we will create a training package that is specific to your aims. It will detail what you will get and when you will get it. We focus on the core competencies that your people need. Then we develop good practice and practical processes that work for you. Finally we specify the minimum standard of performance required for each skill and agree how this can be measured. Where necessary, individual coaching is provided to ensure that everyone is able to meet the targets set. But it doesn’t end there. Our courses have a high education content, so trainees can adapt their new skills to varying circumstances in the workplace. They do not just learn by rote. And after a course we do not just walk away. We check to make sure that nothing was misunderstood - or has proven difficult to apply.
