The fee for delivering .... for a maximum of 'n' learners will be .....

Included in daily rate quoted above or by agreement.

A course manual, and any additional course material required, will be supplied free of charge for each learner.

Numbers attending the course should be notified to our office at least one week before the start of the course.

Conference Room: Large enough to seat learners comfortably in a U shape with, preferably, natural light. A top table for the instructor and an additional table for handouts and materials. An overhead projector and screen and flipchart and pens. Learners should be supplied with writing paper or pads and place cards.

One if 5 to 8 delegates, two if 9 to 12 delegates, three if over 12 delegates, each with flipchart or whiteboard and pens.

By arrangement.

An invoice will be submitted on completion of the course unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within thirty days. Stehle Associates reserves the right to charge interest at 2% compound per month for late payment.

Four weeks prior to the course - no charge; between two and four weeks - 50% of the tuition fee; less than two weeks - the full tuition fee.

We will accept postponements up to seven days before the start of the course providing that the new dates fall within the next two calendar months. Any expenses already incurred, or that cannot be avoided, will be invoiced at cost.

We undertake to provide the course agreed with the client at the scheduled time. Should accident or illness prevent us from doing so, we will do our utmost to re-schedule the course to meet the client's requirements. We do not accept responsibility, under these circumstances, for any loss of any sort that the client may incur. The 'Cancellation by Client' clause above will not be operable in this situation.
