Stehle Associates has over twenty five years of experience of recruiting and training graduates. We understand your need to develop trainees so that they can contribute to the organisation as soon as the course is completed. The objective of our programmes is to enable your new staff to become productive, flexible and business oriented team members within weeks of joining your organisation. Thus there is no single offering from us that we sell as 'one size fits all'! Our programmes are tailored to suit the specific requirements of your staff and your organisation. We develop each programme to fit your standards, your technical environment, and any prior learning and experience that your staff may have. We tailor the materials and the delivery style to provide the most efficient and effective learning experience. Course delivery is equally flexible. Training can be delivered as a single block, or spaced over time to give trainees the chance to practise their new skills before learning more. Durations vary depending on the content. Example programmes have lasted from three to thirteen weeks. This may appear to be a long, and potentially expensive, commitment, but the worth of our approach is shown by the fact that the outcome of one of our thirteen-week programmes resulted in our client saving £570, 000 in tangible costs. We treat every programme we develop as a project, and the benefits are evidenced by our customers who return year after year to repeat the experience.
