Stehle Associates is an independent training company. It was formed in 1993 by four partners who had all worked together in previous training organisations. It remains today a small private company but still with its original aims and ambitions.
Our objective is to increase your productivity by equipping your staff with essential skills that can be transferred between jobs and roles as they develop. It is also to have fun doing it!>

We believe that all staff require a set of core skills. We call these essential skills. Essential skills are the abilities and techniques that your staff need if they are to develop and provide real benefit to the organisation.
Whatever their particular role, staff need to be able to:

Our courses cover a range of these essential skills. We teach business analysis, data management and project management, complemented by a small but focused range of courses on personal skills. Whether your need is for an extended programme of training for graduates/new starters, or a one-day course on data, we will develop your staff to be effective as soon as they finish their training.
