Course benefits:All organisations need to improve their performance. Key to this is to get the best from staff, no matter how benign or difficult the economic climate may be. The appraisal process can be a powerful tool in improving performance through using it to set people up for success. But appraising others can be a difficult task. This course teaches you how to prepare for and to conduct an appraisal interview and subsequently measure performance against objectives. By following the messages taught on this course organisations have a greater guarantee of improving performance and of achieving year-on-year improvements in productivity and competency. Typical attendees should currently be managers, supervisors or team leaders who have a responsibility for appraising and setting objectives for their staff. There are no prerequisites for this course. On successful completion of this workshop, attendees will be able to:
