Course benefits:
This one-day course will teach you how to prepare the training needs
analysis document using a number of techniques for identifying and describing
what is required. By understanding what people are trying to achieve
and by measuring the gap between current and planned achievements, we
can determine the training that will provide the greatest benefit to
the organisation.
The course is particularly relevant when the organisation lacks formal
job/role descriptions as the approach recognises this possibility and
suggests how this issue may be resolved. If you have never carried out
a training needs analysis exercise before, you will find this course
will enable you to approach the task with confidence, knowing what you
have to produce and how.
