Recruitment and Selection

How to enhance the team through correct selection processes

Course benefits:

The right team is a powerful tool. The combination of the right people, in the right place, at the right time and with the right attitude leads to greater effectiveness and efficiency for the team and for the organisation.

But this does not just happen by itself. The supervisor needs to know exactly what criteria to apply when recruiting and be able to execute appropriate and consistent selection procedures, all the time avoiding conflict with current employment legislation.

This course teaches best practice for conducting recruitment and selection and shows how to avoid bias in the process. It does not cover psychometric testing.
