Course benefits:

This certificate focuses on the investigation, modelling and improvement of business processes. Candidates are examined on their modelling and analysis skills.

The syllabus covers a range of modelling and analysis techniques which should be used within a framework for business process improvement. For each technique, the candidate should be able to:

  • Explain the principles of the technique.
  • Interpret and develop the documentation derived from the use of the technique.
  • Describe when the technique should be used.

Candidates may be expected to apply any of the techniques defined in the syllabus in the examination for this certificate.

Who should attend:

This course is aimed at all staff who wish to gain the ISEB Certificate in Modelling Business Processes. This may include:

  • Business Analysts
  • Systems Analysts
  • Business Users

Prerequisites:

There are no specific pre-requisites for entry to the examination, however candidates should be suitably prepared and possess the appropriate skills and knowledge to fulfil the objectives.
