This one-day course will teach you the techniques required to influence others and the importance of a positive 'win win' outcome. You will learn how to influence others using words and behaviour. The techniques, which are based upon a proven process, will enable you to plan, state your case, handle objections and arrive at an equitable outcome. This approach will provide you with all the confidence you need when influencing your colleagues and others with whom you work and cooperate.
