Training new starters can be an onerous task. Our programmes are developed to suit your exact requirements. We tailor the content and materials to fit your organisation's needs and expect to include sessions presented by your management and staff, and possibly external specialist training companies. We work with you to develop a proposal for an integrated programme. This will be delivered at your chosen location. Our approach reduces the cost per person of the training compared with that obtained on public courses. This programme is aimed at organisations which recruit graduates in sufficient numbers to make the in-house approach economically justified. New graduates, new hires, and existing staff transferrin into IS have all attended these programmes in the past. To be agreed. The exact content of the course will be defined with you and agreed in full before the training commences. Typically this programme will cover Business Appreciation as well as Information Systems and Technology. There is always time to develop a small system relevant to the business sector in which you operate. Material can be developed to lead to the relevant ISEB certificates should this be required. We pride ourselves on the quality of our course materials and delivery. We tailor exercises and case studies, as well as the training content itself, so that everything is presented or practised in a way which simulates the real world. Programme duration varies with the needs of your organisation; twenty to thirty days is typical. E-mail us for more information about our award winning graduate courses. |
