Benefits Management

How to manage IS/IT investments to deliver real benefits

Course benefits:

Many projects are implemented, but how many really achieve the benefits claimed for them at the start of the development process? How can this happen?

One reason might be that the investment proposal failed to define exactly how the benefit would be achieved. Another might be that nobody thought to plan into the development the ways and means of assessing the benefits once the project was completed. Whatever the reasons, many projects fail to provide the expected return.

This programme will show attendees how to transform the process of getting benefits from there IS/IT systems into one where benefits are identified accurately, and actually delivered.
